Secure All Your Mobile Voice Communications
Secure Mobile Voice Compatibility...
Any combination of DCS-1200 or DCS-1400 equipped
Iridium
9505A,
Thuraya
SO-2510, and Thuraya HNS-7101 handheld satellite phones can support two-way secure voice communications. Appropriate data kits and adapters are required. Iridium
and Thuraya secure voice calls can be made or received at landline locations equipped with a USS-900NB. Also, most data-capable cellular networks will support secure
voice calls using select model phones equipped with a DCS series product. Call for compatibility.
Secure Mobile Voice, Fax, Data...
3.1kHz audio-capable
Inmarsat
satellite terminals
and select
cellular terminals
equipped with the USS-900NB can be used for
secure point-to-point voice, fax, and data. These terminals can also make or receive SVD calls involving landline locations equipped with the USS-900NB.
Secure Fax on Thuraya...
Special equipment has been developed to support G3 fax-only communications over the Thuraya satellite network or between
Thuraya and landline locations. These systems are not compatible with the USS-900, USS-900NB, or DCS series products. Please contact us for additional information.

Securing voice or data communications over cellular or satellite phone networks
requires encryption equipment that is lightweight, battery-powered, and capable of operating
at the lower data rates typically available on these networks.
-
Secure Mobile-to-Mobile Calls:
The DCS-1400 secures calls between data-cable mobile phones.
A variety of different cellular networks have been tested.
Voice calls over the Iridium, Thuraya, Globalstar, and Inmarsat
satellite networks also can be secured. Call for information on the network or phone model you wish to secure.
-
Secure Mobile-to-Fixed Calls:
Mobile-to-landline calls are possible if the
landline location
is equipped with a USS-900NB.
-
6-Hour Battery Life:
The DCS-1400 gives up to 6 hours of secure talk time on a single charge.

Easy-to-Use:
Ready to make a secure call from your mobile phone?
Use the phone's data kit to connect it to the DCS-1400 serial port.
Press the power buttons of the DCS-1400 and mobile phone.
Once the DCS-1400 is ready, a green LED will go solid you can now make or receive secure calls.
Dial the data number of any phone equipped with a DCS-1200, DCS-1400, or USS-900NB, and
a red LED will go solid to indicate the call is secure. It's that easy.
State-of-the-Art Hardware-Based Encryption:
The DCS-1200 and DCS-1400
do not require pin codes
that can be lost -- or worse yet fall into the wrong hands.
Each unit comes standard with sophisticated 128-bit Harris CitadelTM CCX encryption.
AES and DES encryption algorithms are also available upon request.
Secure Point-to-Point Voice and Data (SVD):
The
DCS-1200
supports both secure voice and secure data. Data speeds between 2400 and 9600 bps are required.
Simply connect the RS-232 serial port of the DCS-1200 to the serial port of your computer (USB adapters are available).
Secure point-to-point file transfer is facilitated by file sharing software on your computer (included with the DCS-1200, requires Windows).
Secure voice communication can resume after the files are transferred.
